The pyramid says it all. Nutrition is the foundation of everything we do.

You can’t out-exercise a bad diet! It’s like driving with the emergency brake on. CrossFit makes you accountable: the workouts are 3x more difficult if you eat cookies the night before. Over time, hard training solidifies your resolve to eat right for your health and performance. But we can do even better still.

If knowledge alone were the answer, we would all have ripped abs already. Doing good CrossFit and Paleo can get some to 80% of their goals. For others it takes a more organized plan, and we want to help you with that. The secret sauce is Information + Accountability. We leverage state-of-the-art best practices and systems to get you the results you want, AND are going to be in constant contact with you each week to ensure your success. As in exercise, we don’t believe in “magic bullets,” and we don’t sell supplements. We sell coaching and mentorship.
