The pyramid says it all. Nutrition is the foundation of everything we do.

You can’t out-exercise a bad diet! It’s like driving with the emergency brake on. CrossFit makes you accountable: the workouts are 3x more difficult if you eat cookies the night before. Over time, hard training solidifies your resolve to eat right for your health and performance. But we can do even better still.

Our Nutrition program (like our CrossFit and Personal Training Programs) combines behavioral change with achievement to create habits that will last a LIFETIME. Our program can be completed in person or online!

No shakes, no short-term.

If knowledge alone were the answer, we would all have ripped abs already. The secret sauce is Information + Accountability. We leverage state-of-the-art best practices and systems to get you the results you want, AND are going to be in constant contact with you each week to ensure your success. As in exercise, we don’t believe in “magic bullets,” and we don’t sell supplements. We sell coaching and mentorship.

Our Nutrition Coaching Program at CrossFit Cypher is very unique and is designed to provide individuals with an easy, science-based approach to nutrition and wellness, using simple behavior modification strategies to create positive change without the stress of “dieting.”
