Each month CrossFit Kids classes focus on one of CrossFit’s 10 Physical Skills. During the month of December we built on our balancing skills and focused on AGILITY. We jumped, climbed and zig-zagged all over the gym! We are starting the New Year with our POWER unit. POWER is the ability to apply force quickly – which means we will be testing how high and how far we can jump, and how hard we can throw things – we are even going play with pulling and pushing the sleds! It is so fun to see what we’re able to accomplish with a little bit of practice and guidance.
